Planned payment route

Paddle is the proposed merchant of record. Refunds for purchases processed by Paddle would be handled through Paddle’s payment process. The final policy must align with Paddle’s buyer terms and mandatory consumer rights.

Cancellation is separate from a refund

The intended subscription flow lets customers stop future renewals through a customer portal. Cancellation alone does not automatically mean a refund of an earlier payment. The final rules and any refund window will be disclosed before checkout.

Owner decisions still required

Choose the actual refund window and support contact, and confirm how refunds and disputed payments revoke paid access before publishing this policy. No non-refundable or money-back guarantee is being promised in this draft.
