Terms of use

Product and operator

Crewscape is software created by Georgio Abi Aad. The verified seller identity and public contact details must be confirmed before these terms are published.

Free and paid features

The visual office has free monitoring features. The planned Pro subscription unlocks integrated chats, prompt improvement and crew workflows. Final prices, renewal intervals and purchase terms will be clearly shown before checkout. Pro is not currently on sale.

Your provider accounts

You must have your own supported AI provider access. A Crewscape subscription does not include AI credits or change a provider’s limits or terms. Features depend on the relevant provider and your local setup.

Working on your computer

Integrated chats can read or change project files and run commands according to the mode you select and approvals you give. Review your project, permissions and results. AI output can be incorrect.

Subscriptions and cancellation

The intended arrangement is recurring billing through Paddle, with a customer portal for cancellation and payment management. Scheduled cancellation is intended to retain Pro access until the paid period ends. Final renewal, cancellation and recovery terms must be confirmed before sales begin.

Software permissions and your rights

Official releases include the applicable software licence and third-party notices. Existing licence wording must be reconciled with paid Pro features before launch, without retroactively removing permissions granted for earlier releases. Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable.
